Upload documents so the assistant answers from your material, not just the internet.

Open What it knows
In your assistant's editor, open What it knows. This is where its own knowledge lives.

Add documents
Under Knowledge, upload the files it should use: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text, CSV, Markdown and more. PDF, Word and PowerPoint files can be up to 50MB, and spreadsheets, CSV, text and Markdown up to 25MB.

Add skills
Skills are short, reusable instructions it keeps in mind on every reply, like your house style or a checklist it should always follow.
Step 4 of 4
Test it on your material
Ask it something only your documents can answer. If the answer misses, tighten the instructions or add the missing document.
