LaunchLemonade has eight pricing tiers. Free costs $0 and includes 2,000 starter credits. Pro costs $49 per month with 10,000 credits a month. Plus costs $99 per month with 22,500 credits a month, about twice Pro. Max costs $199 per month with 50,000 credits a month, five times Pro. Unused credits on paid solo plans roll over for one month, and paying annually saves 20%. Team comes in three levels, each with a minimum of 5 seats and billed monthly: Team Pro at $39 per seat per month with 10,000 credits per seat, Team Plus at $89 with 22,500 credits per seat, and Team Max at $189 with 50,000 credits per seat, with credits pooled across the team. Enterprise pricing is custom and available on enquiry. Every tier comes with a generous agent allowance, backed by our fair use policy. Pricing is structured around governance depth rather than agent caps or conversation limits.

The Free plan costs $0 and gives hands-on access to a selection of mid-tier models including Kimi K2, Qwen, DeepSeek, and others, using a one-off pot of free starter credits that does not reset, with some access to integrations.

Pro costs $49 per month and includes access to 100+ large language models including all frontier models, audit trails, 10,000 credits a month, and the LaunchLemonade web extension. Plus ($99, 22,500 credits) and Max ($199, 50,000 credits) include everything in Pro with more credits and more embeds and stands. SOC 2 Type I is in progress.

Team Pro costs $39 per seat per month with a minimum of 5 seats, with Team Plus at $89 and Team Max at $189 for more credits per seat (22,500 and 50,000 a month, against 10,000 on Team Pro), all drawing on one shared pool of credits for the whole team. Team Pro includes everything in Pro for every seat, plus roles (admin, manager, member), seat management and one bill for the team; approvals, where members suggest assistants to share and an admin approves or rejects them; a team-wide guardrails prompt that applies to every chat; model governance, where admins allow or block model providers and require zero-data-retention models, with every policy change logged; and a team access log. Team Plus and Team Max are priced plus VAT. Team plans are billed monthly only.

Enterprise pricing is custom and available on enquiry. Enterprise includes custom governance setup, regulatory mapping for specific compliance requirements, and an SLA. Pricing is scoped per firm on a call.

Yes. Customers can upgrade or downgrade any time from their account. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.

A seat is one active user in a Team workspace on LaunchLemonade. Team plans start at a minimum of 5 seats at $39 per seat per month. Seats can be added or removed at any time.

Yes, on Pro. Pro can be billed monthly or yearly, and the yearly price is shown on the pricing page. Team is billed monthly only.

Yes. The Free plan is permanent and gives hands-on access to mid-tier models and a 7-day Chief of Staff trial.
