Add a trigger
Under When should it run?, click Add a trigger. Choose Schedule to run at set times, or Email to run when an email arrives.
Step 2 of 4
See what's scheduled
Workflows, then Scheduled, lists everything set to run on a schedule.
Step 3 of 4
Approve what it wants to send
When a workflow runs by itself, anything that would send, reply, change or delete waits for you in Scheduled tasks, where you approve or dismiss it. You can let a workflow you trust act automatically instead.
Step 4 of 4
Check the history
Every automated run is kept in Run History, under Workflows, so you can read what it did and when.
Your turn
Now do it
Start with this task, or change it to fit your work. Then follow the steps above.
