Share the assistants that work.
Share an assistant with the whole team or selected people, and set governance.

Share an assistant
On the assistant's card, open the ⋯ menu and click Share…. Choose who on your team can see and chat with it, or restrict it to specific members.

Let people adapt it safely
Shared assistants are view-only. Colleagues can duplicate one to make their own version without changing yours.

Share the rest
Skills, documents and workflows can be shared with the team too, so everyone works from the same material.

Set governance
On Pro+ team plans, admins can turn on Content scanning (Model Armor) under Governance Settings on the Team page.
