      • Tasks: Take call notes/summary (input by sales rep), identify key discussion points, propose solutions, and agreed next steps. Draft a professional, personalized follow-up email.

  4. CRM Update Reminder (1 hour):

      • Role: CRM Activity Reminder.

      • Context: Monitor sales rep activity in the CRM.

      • Objective: Ensure timely CRM updates and task completion.

      • Tasks: If a sales call is logged but no follow-up task or email is scheduled within 24 hours, send a gentle reminder to the sales rep via Slack with a suggested next action.

      • Expected Output: A Slack notification to the sales rep with a reminder message and a link to the CRM record.

    • Integration: Connected to Slack for notifications.
