Can I switch between plans anytime?

Yes! You can switch plans any time. You can cancel your existing plan in Profile > Billing > Cancel Plan and purchase another plan. No prorating is provided. Contact hello@launchlemonade.app for assistance.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. We do not have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Stripe processing fees and bank transfer fees are not refundable. Contact hello@launchlemonade.app to discuss your situation.

Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?

No setup fees, no hidden costs. The price you see is what you pay. All features listed in your plan are included at no extra charge.

What happens if I exceed my usage limits?

Most of our plans include unlimited usage. For plans with limits, we’ll notify you as you approach them and offer options to upgrade or purchase additional capacity.

Do you offer discounts for annual payments?

Yes! Our Builder and Business plans offer 17% savings when you pay annually. Enterprise customers can discuss custom payment terms with our sales team.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) processed securely via Stripe. All payments are processed securely.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. You’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for the current billing cycle.

What's included in the Enterprise plan?

Enterprise includes everything in our other plans plus unlimited team members, white-label branding, SSO integration, dedicated support manager, custom deployment options, and SLA guarantees. Contact our sales team for a custom quote.
