The first 10 users of Launchlemonade.app will receive a special offer wherein they are exempt from subscription fees. However, a 10% processing fee will be applied to transactions processed through our service. This offer is limited to the first 10 users who sign up for our service.

3. Subscription Terms for Subsequent Users

Users who sign up for Launchlemonade.app will be charged a subscription fee as mentioned in our Pricing Pages. 

4. Enterprise Version

For larger organizations or specific needs, we offer a customized Enterprise version. Details and pricing for this version are available upon request.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Launchlemonade.app respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. You retain ownership of your content but grant Launchlemonade.app a license to use it as necessary for service provision. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. In case of any infringement claims related to the content you provide, you agree to assume full responsibility and liability.

Launchlemonade.app is developed on OpenAI technology, specifically leveraging models like GPT-3, GPT-4, and DALL·E 3. Launchlemonade.app is powered by OpenAI, operating as an independent product without affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship from OpenAI.
