LaunchLemonade Builder Competition – Terms & Conditions

By entering the LaunchLemonade Builder Competition (“Competition”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this Competition is LaunchLemonade Ltd (“Promoter”), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

  • Age: Open to individuals aged 18 and over.
  • Residency: Open to residents of countries where skill-based competitions are permitted by law.
  • Excluded Countries: Due to legal restrictions, residents of the following countries are not eligible to participate:
    • Belgium
    • Brazil
    • India
    • Ireland
    • Sweden
    • Spain
    • Australia
    • Italy
    • France
    • Germany
  • Employee Exclusion: Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Promoter or its partners are not eligible to enter.
  • Account Requirement: Participants must have an active LaunchLemonade account and complete the sign-up process to submit an entry.

3. Entry Requirements

  • Multiple Entries: Participants may submit multiple AI assistants, agents, or copilots. Each entry must be unique and original.
  • Submission Process:
    1. Sign Up: Create a LaunchLemonade account.
    2. Build: Develop an AI-powered assistant, agent, or copilot that aligns with the judging criteria.
    3. Post: Between 6 February 2025 and 14 February 2025, share your submission on TikTok, LinkedIn, or Instagram, ensuring the following:
      • Follow: The official LaunchLemonade account on the respective platform.
      • Tag: @launchlemonade in your post.
      • Hashtag: Include the hashtag #LaunchLemonadeBuilder.
  • Originality: Entries must be the original work of the participant and must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Use of Free and Premium Features

  • Free Features: Participants can create AI assistants using the free features available on LaunchLemonade.
  • Premium Features:
    • Certain advanced functionalities, such as Flow AI or Voice AI, require a paid subscription.
    • Access to premium features is subject to the terms outlined in LaunchLemonade’s Pricing Plans.
    • Participants are responsible for any subscription fees if they choose to utilize premium features.

5. Skill-Based Nature of the Competition

  • Assessment Criteria: This Competition is based on skill. Entries will be evaluated on:
    • Functionality (80%): The AI assistant’s effectiveness and reliability as a useful tool for businesses or personal use.
    • Engagement (10%): The level of audience interaction and feedback generated by the AI assistant.
    • Originality (10%): The uniqueness and creativity demonstrated in the AI assistant’s concept and execution.
  • No Element of Chance: Winners are determined solely based on the above skill criteria. There is no element of chance in winner selection.

6. Competition Period

  • Start Date: 6 February 2025
  • End Date: 14 February 2025
  • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

7. Judging Criteria & Winner Selection

Entries will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Functionality (80%): The AI assistant’s effectiveness and reliability as a useful tool for businesses or personal use.
  • Engagement (10%): The level of audience interaction and feedback generated by the AI assistant.
  • Originality (10%): The uniqueness and creativity demonstrated in the AI assistant’s concept and execution.

A panel of judges appointed by LaunchLemonade will assess the entries. The judges’ decision is final and binding.

8. The Prize

The winner will receive:

  • 3 months of free access to LaunchLemonade, including 20+ leading LLMs (DeepSeek R1, GPT-4o, Perplexity Sonar, Flux, etc.).
  • 3 months of access to Sabrina Romanov’s Blotato, a tool for growing a personal brand.
  • A 1-on-1 strategy session with Kyle Balmer, a top consulting expert, to help refine AI expertise and business strategy.
  • $500 USD in cash to support the winner’s next steps.

Prize Conditions:

  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash (except for the $500 cash component).
  • If the winner is unable to claim any part of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize

  • The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the competition closing.
  • The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.
  • If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Data Collection and Use:
    • Participants’ personal data, including email addresses, will be collected solely for the purpose of administering the Competition.
    • Email addresses will not be shared with any third parties.
    • If participants provide explicit consent during the sign-up process, their email addresses may be used by LaunchLemonade Ltd for marketing communications.
  • Consent for Marketing:
    • During the sign-up process, participants will have the option to opt-in to receive marketing communications.
    • This opt-in will be presented as an unticked checkbox, requiring participants to actively select it to consent.
    • Participants who opt-in can withdraw their consent at any time by:
  • Data Retention:
    • Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above.
    • After the Competition concludes, data will be securely deleted unless the participant has opted in to receive marketing communications.

11. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify participants for:

  • Providing false information during entry.
  • Submitting plagiarized or non-original work.
  • Violating any terms outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
  • Failing to meet the entry requirements, including following @launchlemonade and tagging the required social media posts.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues affecting entry submission or evaluation.
  • Injuries or damages resulting from participation in the competition.
  • Third-party actions that may interfere with the competition.
  • Any additional costs, such as taxes or duties, that may be imposed on the winner upon claiming the prize.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales. By participating, entrants agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
